Julia
Julia is a Vinyasa, Yin, and Yin-Yang yoga teacher, as well as a trained Somatic Experiencing therapist. Specializing in somatic release therapy, her classes combine mindful movement with spiritual and energy healing practices to promote deep physical and emotional release. With a gentle and intuitive approach, Julia creates a nurturing space for students to explore self-awareness, healing, and inner balance through breathwork and movement. Each session offers an opportunity for transformation and connection to a deeper sense of well-being.
