baby yoga 0-3 years

In our studio we use popular forms of modern dance that are perfect for kids, includes such styles as modern, contemporary, jazz, jazz-funk and more. For about 8 – 15 years old.
Contemporary: This style combines elements of ballet, jazz, and other dance forms to create a unique and expressive way of moving. It encourages kids to use their bodies to tell a story or evoke an emotion.
Jazz: This energetic and upbeat style incorporates improvisation, isolations (moving different body parts independently), and sharp turns. It’s a great way for kids to develop their coordination, rhythm, and musicality.
