Welcome to Pure Flow Studio.

Please read these General Terms and Conditions carefully as they apply to all participants of our classes and services. By enrolling in our classes or using our services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

1. General Information

1.1 Pure Flow Studio is located at Laan Van Meerdervoort 299, 2563 AE Den Haag, Netherlands.

2. Registration and Payment

2.1 Registration for classes must be completed through our website online, app, whatsapp, or in person at the studio. Please book online to reserve your spot. If a class, masterclass, workshop, course, retreat or special event is fully booked you can sign up for the waiting list.
2.2 To book into a class or masterclass or workshop you must either pay for a single class, use one of your open classes on your class card or have a membership at the time of booking. You must pay at the time of booking. All purchases are final, this means we cannot make any refunds.
2.3 Payment for classes, memberships, and packages must be made in advance. We accept : Ideal, Crediccard, Sepa, Sofort
2.4 All prices are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
3.1 Class cancellations must be made at least 8 hours before the scheduled class to avoid being charged.
3.2 No refunds will be issued for missed classes or late cancellations.
3.3.Memberships and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable unless stated otherwise.
3.4 When arriving at the studio, please make sure to be on time. Late entry is not possible and is regarded as a non-cancellation.

4. Class Schedule

4.1 The class schedule is subject to change. Any changes will be communicated via our website, app, or email.
4.2 We reserve the right to cancel classes due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified and credited or refunded accordingly.
4.3 Teachers are subject to change without notice. Classes are subject to change or cancellation without notice. Pure Flow Studio does not provide refund for any changes in the schedule.

5. Class cards, memberships, other tickets

5.1 Our Introduction Offer is only available to new guests and can be redeemed once (i.e. one introduction offer per person). Our Introduction Offer is not applicable to special classes / workshops. A class card starts from the date of the first booking
5.2 A membership starts from the date of the first booking. A membership entitles the member to an unlimited number of classes during the term of the membership.
The minimum term for a monthly membership is three consecutive months. After these first three months:
– the membership is automatically converted into a continuous auto pay monthly membership for an indefinite period of time, at the same monthly fee.
– the member is able to cancel his/her membership taking into account a 7 days’ notice ahead of his/her respective monthly period.
The minimum term for a yearly membership is 12 months. After these 12 months:
– the one-payment yearly membership is automatically cancelled
– the 12-payments yearly membership is automatically converted into a continuous auto pay monthly membership for an indefinite period of time, at the same monthly fee.
After a minimum term of three months, memberships (both monthly and yearly) may be put on hold by sending an e-mail to info@pureflowstudio.com taking into account a 7 days’ notice ahead of the respective monthly period.
5.3 All class cards and memberships are personal and non-transferable and must be paid before start of use. The same applies to tickets for workshops, masterclasses, classes, retreats or special events. Workshops, courses, classes, retreats or special events will only take place if the minimum number of required participants is reached.
Pure Flow Studio does not provide refund for any used or (partially) unused class cards, months of memberships or other tickets purchased.

6. Private sessions

6.1 All our private sessions are subject to availability and have a 24 hour cancellation policy.
If you forget to cancel or if the cancellation window is already closed at the time of your cancellation, this is regarded as a late cancel. There will be no refund. If your preferred teacher is not available due to sickness / other reason, a substitute teacher will be offered.

7. Studio Etiquette

7.1. Arrive 10 minutes before the class starts. Late arrivals may not be admitted to avoid disrupting the class.
7.2. Turn off or silence mobile phones and other electronic devices during class.
7.3. Respect the personal space and privacy of other participants.
7.4. Clean mats and equipment after use.

8. Health and Safety

8.1. Participants are responsible for their own health and well-being. Consult a healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program.
8.2. Inform the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or limitations before the class begins.
8.3. Follow the instructor’s guidance and listen to your body to avoid injury.
8.4. Pure Flow Studio BV is not liable for any injuries or health issues that occur during or after participation in our classes, it is your own risk. We accept no liability whatsoever for physical injury, loss or damage relating to your attendance or participation.
8.5 In case of pregnancy, prolonged illness or an injury, a membership may be terminated or temporarily suspended. A request for early termination or suspension can be sent to info@pureflowstudio.nl.

9. Personal Belongings

9.1 Pure Flow Studio BV is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Please keep your valuables secure. You can use our lockers for your valuables.

10.Privacy and Data Protection

10.1 We respect your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with Dutch data protection laws.
10.2 Personal data collected during registration will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

11. Amendments

11.1 Pure Flow Studio BV reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website, app, or email.
11.2 Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.

12. Governing Law

12.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
12.2 Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts. By registration to our classes, workshop, courses and by participating in our classes and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these General Terms and Conditions.
