My name is Aigua, I am 23 years old and I come from Ibiza. I came to Holland to finish my training as a Polestar Pilates Instructor, I have been practicing sports all my life and I love making people feel good through movement. I think the secret to happiness is in learning to be able to perform day-to-day tasks with ease, and to be able to enjoy life. Pilates will help you connect with you through breathing and movement, and so that you don’t forget about me, I always add a little spice to the mixture!

I will always remember the day that a client with a lot of lower back pain, came to me saying “wow, two weeks working out with you and I feel much more better” that gave me the motivation to feel that I can really help people with their life.
