Mahsa
I’ll be bringing my passion for yoga to pure flow stdio. For the past 15 years, I’ve experienced firsthand the transformative power of movement—both in body and mind. From my early years as an anxious teenager, I discovered the healing effects of physical practice through a variety of sports, from gymnastics and basketball to Taekwondo and weightlifting. Yet, it was yoga that truly captured my heart.
Yoga offers a unique opportunity to slow down and reconnect—both on and off the mat. My Vinyasa classes are rooted in the Ashtanga tradition, drawing inspiration from my incredible teachers in India and Thailand. Expect a challenging yet deeply rewarding practice that helps you discover your inner strength and resilience.
But yoga isn’t just about pushing our limits. Through Yin Yoga, I’ve found a way to embrace my feminine energy and connect more deeply with myself. This softer, more meditative practice has fueled my passion for yoga therapy, particularly in prenatal yoga. I’m dedicated to empowering expectant mothers to connect with their bodies and emotions during this profound journey.
